Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Orthodontic Design and Production, a manufacturer of orthodontic brackets, bands, and buccal tubes, as an add-on to portfolio company G&H Wire Company, Inc. The financing consisted of a new tranche of senior secured term loans and additional senior unsecured subordinated notes.
