Sprint Nextel subsidiaries obtain $1 billion credit facility

Client(s) Sprint Nextel Corporation

Jones Day assisted and advised wholly owned domestic subsidiaries of Sprint Nextel Corporation, a telecommunications company, in obtaining a $1 billion credit facility. The credit facility was used to finance the supply of telecommunications technology and equipment from Ericsson Inc. Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch served as the coordinating mandated lead arranger and administrative agent.
