Jones Day brought a trademark opposition on behalf of Mag Instrument, Inc. against MAGSTUD mark application for magnetic stud finders. The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board resolved the case in Mag Instrument, Inc.'s favor and the USPTO issued a notice of abandonment of the mark.
