Jones Day represented Shionogi & Co., Ltd. in a royalty dispute with InterMune, Inc. concerning sales of Esbriet® for treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis ("IPF"), obtaining a settlement entitling Shionogi to royalties on InterMune's sales in the European Union.
