Jones Day advised John Muir Health with respect to its acquisition of an ownership interest in San Ramon Regional Medical Center. San Ramon is a 123-bed acute care hospital located in San Ramon, California. Jones Day also advised John Muir Health in the formation of a jointly-owned ambulatory development joint venture designed to expand access and improve the efficiency and coordination of care in the region served by San Ramon Regional Medical Center.
