Jones Day advised Contrarian Distressed Real Estate Debt Fund II, LP, a fund formed by Contrarian Capital Management, LLC, in the formation of a joint venture with Tricom Real Estate Group and The MGHerring Group, and the acquisition by the joint venture of the 1,030,000-square-foot Silver City Galleria regional mall located in Taunton, Massachusetts.
