Riverside portfolio company acquires Catalyst Awareness

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition by its portfolio company Alchemy Systems, L.P., a provider of food and workplace safety training solutions, of Catalyst Awareness, Inc., a provider of employee awareness communications programs. Jones Day also negotiated the first amendment to the loan agreement adding a term loan in connection with the acquisition.
