Jones Day advised Energy Networks Association of Australia concerning the Australian Energy Regulator's first Weighted Average Cost of Capital Guidelines. These Guidelines set out how much revenue the AER will permit Australia's 20 or so electricity and gas networks operators to gain for the A$75 billion they have invested.
