Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in the formation of Riverside Asia-Pacific Fund II, L.P., a buyout fund focused on investments in the developed economies of the Asia-Pacific region. The fund closed with total commitments of $235 million and seeks to acquire small-to medium-sized companies in certain Asian countries.
