Client(s) Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital

Jones Day represented Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital in connection with an approximately $100 million addition of a new hospital tower and central plant. Jones Day advised Henry Mayo on how to end its relationship with the originally proposed design-build contractor so as to avoid disputes, prepared new design-build contract documents for use with the new contractor, and finalized the contract with the selected new contractor.
