Jones Day advised Signature Capital in the sale of Neumarkt Galerie in Cologne, Germany to Deka Immobilien for €295 million (US$403 million). The building in the city center of Cologne at the beginning of Schildergasse, one of Europe's most busiest shopping streets, has been undergoing extensive refurbishment. The sale completed in Q4 2014.
