Procter & Gamble sells Camay and Zest brands to Unilever
Client(s) Procter & Gamble Company, The
Jones Day advised The Procter & Gamble Company ("P&G") in the disposition of its Zest and Camay soap businesses to Unilever. Following the sale of P&G's Zest business in the U.S. and the Caribbean in 2011, this completes P&G's exit of the Zest and Camay brands. The sale also includes P&G's manufacturing facility in Mexico.
