Jones Day assisted Solairedirect, a global renewable company of Engie corporate group, in the acquisition of Sol de Insurgentes, S. de R.L de C.V., a company the CENACE awarded the first long term auction and which is currently developing a 23 MWac photovoltaic power generation project in the State of Baja California Sur in the municipality of Comondú.
