VimpelCom litigates against limits on provision of outdoor Wi-Fi services

Client(s) VimpelCom Ltd.

Jones Day is assisting VimpelCom Ltd.'s subsidiary Orascom Telecom Algeria (OTA) in litigation before the Algerian Supreme Court against a decision taken by the Algerian Telecom Regulatory Authority modifying OTA's technical specifications so as to limit the conditions under which OTA is authorized to provide outdoor Wi-Fi services as an Internet Service Provider.
