Jones Day advised Montepino Logística in order to acquire and develop a portfolio of prime assets in Guadalajara, Spain. This representation includes a due diligence process, negotiation and drafting of a SPA regarding six plots located in the sector pp 100 "Ciudad del Transporte", including negotiation with the urban agent of the sector, and related agreements. This transaction represents a process of investing in logistics assets under development near Madrid.
