Children's Health sells clinical sites, takes ownership stake in MD Medical Group

Jones Day represented Children's Health in the sale of pediatric primary care clinic assets to Familia Care, Inc. d/b/a MD Medical Group and Topcare Medical Group, Inc. As part of the transaction, Children's Health obtained an ownership interest in MD Medical Group. The facilities will become MD Kids Pediatrics locations. The transaction expands the overall ability of Children's Health to provide high quality primary care for children across North Texas, including through network expansion, population health initiatives and telehealth programs.
