Jones Day represented LGT European Capital Limited, Idinvest Partners, and Swen Capital in connection with a €125 million (US$145.2 million) unitranche financing provided to RemadeGroup S.A.S., a French company that sells refurbished smartphones, to be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing debt.
