Jones Day assisted the government of Morocco together with the consulting firm Roland Berger GmbH in the design and development of a secure telecommunications network to provide connectivity for government and public entities. Jones Day's work included the analysis of the legal and regulatory framework applicable to telecommunications and administrative and state bodies, the design of several implementation scenarios and assessment of their legal feasibility, and the recommendation of legal and regulatory amendments.
