Jones Day advised Gimv in its acquisition of a majority shareholding in fast-growing Coolworld Rentals, a full-service renter of cooling and heating equipment. Gimv is acquiring a shareholding alongside the founders, the Buijzen family and Jack Buijnsters, and management.
