Jones Day is representing Allergan, Inc. before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board ("PTAB") on nine IPR petitions filed by Prollenium challenging multiple patents covering certain of Allergan's JUVEDERM® products, hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers that include the anesthetic lidocaine.
