Government of the Republic of Togo develops cybersecurity framework

Jones Day assisted the Government of the Republic of Togo in developing a cybersecurity framework. The Firm's work included (i) review of the draft cybersecurity law and implementing decree creating the national cybersecurity agency ("ANCy"), (ii) drafting of decrees on legal interception and essential infrastructure, and (iii) assistance in creating a CERT/SOC, including the review and negotiation of a public service delegation contract granted by the national cybersecurity agency to establish and operate core cybersecurity services (CERT and SOC) for government entities, administrations, and operators of essential infrastructure and services.
