Jones Day advised PGT Innovations, Inc., a national leader in premium windows and doors, including impact-resistant products, in connection with its $92 million cash acquisition of NewSouth Window Solutions, subject to adjustments. The purchase price was backstopped by a $100 million bridge facility and funded with an approximate $55 million add-on offering of 6.75% Senior Notes due 2026 issued in a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering, together with cash on hand.
