Jones Day advised Hines Interests Limited Partnership with BVK HighStreet Retail Preciados, S.L. as a lessor in the negotiation, drafting and closing of a lease agreement with Inditex Group (as a lessee) of a commercial premises with a surface area of 2,700 sqm located on Preciados street no.13 in Madrid.
