Jones Day advised Sanofi in the sale of a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to Fidia Farmaceutici. The portfolio of pharmaceutical products consists of seven anti-inflammatory drugs that are leading brands within their segments and will be marketed in Europe (with a particular focus on Italy), Brazil, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey, Lebanon, Thailand, and the countries of sub-Saharan Africa.
