AGIC Capital sells Fotona to Vitruvian Partners LLP

Jones Day advised AGIC Capital ("AGIC") as Dutch counsel on the sale of Fotona, a leading medical laser focused EBD company, to the international equity firm Vitruvian Partners LLP. AGIC will reinvest alongside Vitruvian and continue to support Fotona and its management team with their international growth story. The transaction also included assistance to AGIC regarding ancillary pre and post restructuring matters.
