Jones Day represented The Aaron's Company, Inc., a leading technology-enabled, omnichannel provider of lease-to-own and purchase solutions, in connection with a new $12.5 million unsecured franchise loan facility with a financial institution, as servicer, which operates as a guaranty by Aaron's of certain debt obligations of certain franchisees under a franchise loan program.
