Client(s) Risco Energy Investments (SEA) Limited

Jones Day advised Risco Energy Investments Limited in the sale of Tap Oil Pty Ltd, including its subsidiary Tap Energy Pty Ltd, to an independent energy company. Tap Oil engages in oil and gas exploration and production in Australia and South East Asia. Through its subsidiary, it has a 30% joint venture interest in the Manora oil field in the Gulf of Thailand.
