Jones Day represented MRESC-K, a joint venture among certain entities managed by Makarora Management LP and KREI Credit Opportunities, LLC, in connection with a master repurchase agreement that provides MRESC-K, through a wholly-owned subsidiary of the fund, with warehouse financing for commercial real estate loan acquisitions.
