Financial institutions complete benchmark €500 million Bonds by French Community of Belgium

Jones Day assisted the financial institutions in connection with the issuance of benchmark €500 million 3.800% Bonds due 22 June 2040 (the “Bonds”) under its €12 billion EMTN Programme by CFB (Communauté française de Belgique), a federated entity of the Kingdom of Belgium. The proceeds of the Bonds will be used to finance CFB’s activities. The Bonds are listed on Euronext Brussels (regulated market).
