Abby Bosch practices complex commercial litigation with a focus on securities litigation. Abby also represents entities and individuals facing U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations and prosecutions relating to allegations of fraud and corruption, including potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other federal statutes. Abby has extensive experience handling domestic and cross-border internal investigations for major companies on highly sensitive topics.
Abby maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients petitioning for guardianship and seeking asylum.
