Camden Douglas represents companies and individual clients in high-stakes investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Justice (DOJ), and other federal agencies. She has experience defending corporations and their directors and officers against alleged violations of state and federal laws, including insider trading and other business-related wrongdoing. Camden is also experienced in conducting internal investigations into allegations of misconduct, including representing multinational companies on cross-border investigations.
Prior to law school, Camden interned at the United States Department of State in the Office of Threat Finance Countermeasures.
