Maeve Dineen's practice is concentrated on intellectual property, with a primary focus on patent litigation. Maeve has represented clients in complex commercial litigation across a wide range of technologies in federal court. She has experience in various stages of litigation, such as fact investigation, discovery, claim construction, trial preparation, and general motion practice.
Maeve also maintains an active pro bono practice representing immigrants seeking asylum and tenants facing eviction.
