Margherita Farina represents international and domestic companies before international arbitral tribunals and Italian Courts in proceedings on the merits and in urgent measures in commercial matters, including post-M&A claims (R&W breaches [representations and warranties], CPs [conditions precedents], etc.), breach of long-term agreements, and procurement contracts.
Margherita also has substantial experience in class actions and litigation concerning unfair competition, unfair trade practices, and consumer protection and in patent litigation (including before the Unified Patent Court), trademarks, and copyright cases. Margherita has represented clients in antitrust cases before the Italian Administrative Courts as well.
Margherita is currently involved in ESG-related contentious matters.
