Jonathon Horne's practice focuses on resolving complex commercial litigation and disputes, with a particular emphasis on energy and resources, corporations, banking and finance, and regulatory investigations.
Jonathon acts for clients in superior courts at first instance and on appeal and in international arbitrations. He has appeared as counsel in the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Western Australia as well as in other Western Australian courts.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Jonathon acted on matters involving insolvency and restructuring, regulatory investigations, gas and electricity pricing, joint ventures, native title land and water interests and contractual disputes, and on two Royal Commissions.
