Ming-Yee Lin assists public and private companies on cross-border M&A, divestitures, and other corporate law matters. Ming-Yee has supported Japanese and international clients in various industries, including renewable energy, grain, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and technology.

Ming-Yee started her career at an international law firm in California, where she advised clients in real estate financings, property acquisitions, and mergers across the United States and abroad.
