Courtney O'Connor represents employers in complex labor and employment law matters before state and federal courts in class and representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). She also has experience in single plaintiff labor and employment matters, including claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
Courtney has experience with many phases of litigation and arbitration, including fact investigation, pleadings, fact discovery, motion practice, and mediation.
Courtney shares the Firm's commitment to pro bono service and currently represents victims of human trafficking.
