Clémence Segura Saignac focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. Clémence advises French and international companies before civil and commercial courts on all issues relating to business torts, commercial contracts, and product liability.
She is particularly involved in ESG (environmental, social, and governance) litigation, including disputes relating to deceptive commercial practices in environmental matters (greenwashing) and corporate due diligence duty (devoir de vigilance).
