Kristin Simonet represents businesses in class, multiplaintiff, and single-plaintiff employment litigation matters. She handles a variety of claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), as well as other federal, state, and local statutes. Kristin's experience also includes defending employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and equivalent state agencies, as well as representing employers in labor matters.

In addition to maintaining an active employment litigation practice, Kristin provides practical advice to employers about all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment and separation agreements, labor disputes, and human resources practices. Kristin also has significant experience litigating and counseling clients on restrictive covenant enforcement, including noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements. She also regularly advises clients on employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Kristin maintains an active pro bono practice, and she is also on the board of directors for the Family Achievement Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing support to parents with children who have disabilities and special needs.
