Bill Sinchuk represents private equity funds and public and private companies in complex transactions. His practice is focused on private equity and M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, structured investments, carve-out transactions, and equity restructurings. Bill has substantial experience in the industrials space and has worked on transactions in a variety of other industries, including technology, media, and health care.
Bill's most recent representations include: Centre Lane Partners in its carve-out acquisition of the personalization business of Kibo Software, a platform company of Vista Equity Partners; KKR in its capacity as lead investor in its divestiture of Cherwell Software to Ivanti, a platform company backed by Clearlake Capital Group and TA Associates; EagleTree Capital in its acquisitions of PRA Events, Andronaco Industries, and Yellowfin Yachts; Dorilton Capital in its acquisition of A&A Transfer from Harren Equity Partners; and City of Hope in its acquisition of Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
Bill is a member of the Firm's Corporate Training Committee and the New York Associates Committee.
