Jones Day represented Leeland Baking Company, LLC ("Leeland") in obtaining insurance coverage and contractual indemnity for Leeland's potential liability arising out of a fatal accident that occurred in February 2007. Jones Day negotiated the coverage and indemnity issues with Leeland's insurers and its contractor.
