Jones Day represented Midwest Generation LLC, the owner of 13 coal-fired generating units, in connection with the negotiation of EPC and equipment supply agreements designed for an environmental retrofit program implementing an agreement with the State of Illinois for the installation of facilities to control emissions of NOx, SOx and particulates.
