Jones Day provided advice to Telisma SA, a designer, developer, and seller of speech recognition software for use in telecommunications and enterprise speech-enabled applications, in its issuance of Ordinary Shares in a private placement to UFG Private Equity, AGF Private Equity, Innovacom, Gestion 3i Gestion, and Ventech.
