Jones Day represented Privasoft Inc. as intervenor to a General Accountability Office bid protest lodged by AINS, Inc. related to the provision of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) software to the Department of Justice Office of Information Policy (OIP). Jones Day was successful in assisting the DOJ preserve its award decision for the OIP contract and allowing Privasoft to complete contract performance.
