Jones day managed the intellectual property aspects of the formation of Grameen Carso, S.A. de C.V. SOFOM, E.R., an approximately 50:50 joint venture between Grameen Bank and Fundación Carlos Slim of Mexico. The Firm also secured intellectual property rights for the Grameen name in Mexico.
