Lennar settles 10-week jury trial after $200 million damage claim excluded

Jones Day defended Lennar Corporation and Lennar Homes of California, Inc. in a 10-week jury trial. The trial judge excluded evidence of $200 million of the $202 million claim, and the case settled on very favorable terms during closing argument.
