Hughes secures trade secret lawsuit victory

Client(s) Hughes Circuits, Inc.

Jones Day successfully prosecuted a trade secret lawsuit for Hughes Circuits, Inc. against competitor Probe Manufacturing and two former Hughes employees who stole Hughes' trade secrets for use at Probe. The two Southern California corporate parties compete in manufacturing printed circuit boards. The Firm obtained a permanent injunction and reached a favorable settlement of the lawsuit.
