Jones Day advised Novag Infancia, S.A. de C.V. and Fernosig, S.A. de C.V. in the sale by majority shareholder, Grupo Ferrer Internacional, S.A., of the remaining 10% stake in each company. Novag also acquired the trademarks owned by Grupo Ferrer.
