Client(s) Australian heavy engineering equipment manufacturer

Jones Day is conducting patent analysis and due diligence and invalidating five Chinese patents hijacked from Australian heavy engineering equipment manufacturer. The patent actions were part of the efforts to enforce an arbitral award obtained from CIETAC Jones Day obtained for client. The patents were obtained by the Chinese party of the arbitral award to thwart the arbitral award enforcement efforts.
