Riverside portfolio company acquires CompuTaught

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company OnCourse Learning of CompuTaught, a provider of online training courses and print resources for real estate broker, appraisal, mortgage, and home inspection licensing. The financing consisted of a secured credit facility, including a revolving credit facility and a term loan.
