Exelon successfully petitions FERC

Jones Day represented Exelon Corporation by successfully petitioning FERC for waiver of California ISO tariff to reduce penalty for inadvertent errors in settlement meter data. FERC found there to be good cause to grant a limited tariff waiver and to reduce the initial penalty by over 80% where the meter data error was deemed to be inadvertent, was of limited scope, and would have no adverse consequences.
